Mô tả công việc Weekly visits to our factories to ensure our orders are shipped on time Directing daily operations of our QC team for maximum efficiency Communicating daily tasks and solving arisen issues with the factories Submitting weekly updates on the project management software about all projects (samples) progress and QC performance Weekly updates on Google Sheets about shipped orders and delayed orders Monitoring and directing production schedule of new and repeat orders, along with samples, from A to Z, to ensure they are all produced in time and up to our quality standard Sourcing for new furniture suppliers Communicating with our customers via email about daily operations in regards to production, orders or spare parts shipment Organizing truck deliveries Communicating between the office and our QC team and factories to ensure they both have full information and are clear on what to do in regards to samples production, new and repeat orders Confirming all aspects of orders (shipping mark, labeling, packaging, spare parts, etc.) to the factories and our QC team Organizing air-freight of color panels, spare parts Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Proactive and organized Independent problem solving Good communication skills Confident decision making Good spoken and written English Effective planning Ability to take ownership Good Excel and computer filing skills Experience in furniture production of at least two years Salary & Benefits 16++ days of paid leave per year 13th-month bonus Working with foreign management Potential career growth
