Mô tả công việc OBJECTIVES Ensure that VPB FC has adequate internal regulations, processes and guidelines related to underwriting, credit risk management in consumer lending activities for closed/ live customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible for reviewing, consulting on selling processes, and products’ regulations for closed / live customers. Identify issues related to credit risk of products for closed/ live customers and make suggestions to mitigate credit risk. Review and ensure the suitability/ validity/ accuracy in all documents composed by team. Be responsible for managing/ reviewing on composing, archiving, consulting documents related to policies of credit risk management, origination and underwriting process of products for closed/ live customers. Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head. Experience At least 04 years’ experience working in Credit Policy/ Credit Underwriting/ credit quality control. Understanding of credit risk policy, process. Skills Business process writing skills. Good verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and analytical thinking Ability to work under hard pressure. Accuracy, pay attention to details. Microsoft Office/ Visio proficiency. Good problem-solving skills. Fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Patient and quickly adapt to changes.
