Mô tả công việc Manage day to day operations of the brewery on the floor to help develop brewery policies and standard operating procedures Work with our Japanese partners and head brewer to manage and supervise the brewery construction and sourcing of equipment Ensure the quality of the production process and the brew conditions. Selecting and evaluate the raw materials, bottles and packaging materials that are used in the brewing process and working with suppliers Manage bottling and delivery process and oversee the bottling facilities and delivery schedules. Responsibility for maintaining occupational health and safety compliance with food standards Work closely with the head brewer in developing new brewing recipes and flavours. Improve the productivity of staff and maintenance schedule of the production line. Provide training, staff skill development and opportunities to team members Improvements in other areas including hygiene, capital expenditure, brew quality must also be continual.
