Mô tả công việc Our Client is a big foreign manufacturing company, now is looking for “ Supply Chain Manager” position based in Bac Ninh province as detail: 1. Production plan - Internal coordination to identify the necessary manpower, equipment and materials to meet production needs - Solve problems that arise in the process - Coordinate with Sales team to update and forecast customer needs - Plan and prioritize activities to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Report on output information (number of finished products, percentage of defects, etc.) 2. Purchase - Develop a system for evaluating supplier quotations to negotiate and purchase suitable goods to ensure quality, price, delivery and service. - Recruit and maintain suppliers that provide high quality products and services at the best prices - Supervise all activities related to the procurement of goods, from purchase intent to delivery. - Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback or to discuss production forecasts or changes. - Implement new or improved supply chain processes according to policies, standards and regulations - Negotiate or monitor the negotiation of complex equipment, supplies and service requirements from suppliers and subcontractors. 3. Warehouse & logistics - Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing, shipping and customer service - Arrange warehouses, lists of goods, route planning and shipping process - Control and manage inventory, always update inventory control system and ensure inventory is accurate - Maintain data and analyze data to evaluate performance and make improvements - Track delivery time & cost effectively - Contact and negotiate with suppliers to resolve any issues or claims related to delivery time and accuracy - Directly, optimize and coordinate the entire transport cycle - Supervise, train and train the warehouse workforce to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and customer requirements.
