Mô tả công việc 1) Quality Assurance: • Understand and communicate the K-Swiss standards to the factory. If our standards are unclear, manage with K-Swiss in order to clarify. • Through effective inspections ensure that all shipments meet K-Swiss standards and are not put on quality hold, need repairs/rework, and are free of B-Grades. • Ensure all shipments are compliant with the labeling standards as outlined on our labeling manual. • Solve problems and proactively establish systematic changes to improve the existing production processes. • Establish production best practices that can be transferred to other factories. • Ensure the factory strictly follow up the manufacture process from cutting, stitching, stock fitting and assembling set up by K-Swiss tech department for mass production. • Coordinate, plan and execute the inspections so they align with the on time delivery targets. • Identify and address production bottlenecks that will affect the planned daily productivity targets. 2) Technical : • Drive the commercialization process to ensure that all models are optimally engineered for mass production in time to meet the delivery requirements. • Ensure that all projects meet product, cost, quality, performance objectives and meet calendar timelines. • Identify quality issues which arise during the commercialization process and initiate and implement solutions that will ensure the efficient ramp up and production of the model. • Ensure the measurements and specs of the uppers and bottoms in production match approved pattern and bottoms measurements as per specs after commercialization • Confirm that all components and materials are per spec before commercialization and production.
