Mô tả công việc - In charge of factory production, engineering and logistics (planning, store and import-export), reporting directly to Deputy General Director - Planning and implementing production plan, ensuring progress delivery. - Researching into improving productivity, product quality, reducing production cost. - Direct monitor in process of production, solve productive problems if they happen - Managing and controlling the raw material, input material and output production and finish goods. - Working in co-ordination with the production managers & supervisors, product Engineers to achieve Optimum Production; Fulfilling the Quality Pre-requisites. - Quality target for customers - Using production assistance tools (6S, Preventative Maintenance, Visual Management, etc…) in production. - Manage the Engineering and production dept to achieve high quality of product, less customer complaint and yield improvement activity as company requirement. - Manage the Logistisc dept. to minimize stock level, FIFO implementation, low cost, continuous production and meet 100% DOT as company requirement/target Quyền lợi được hưởng - Expected Salary: USD 3000 – 4000 - Company trip once a year + Joining party - Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year - Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits - Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Gender: Male - University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Have experience in Manufacturing environment about 10 years - Have strategy view point and long term plan mindset - Have experience in management more than 5 years - Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills - Age: more than 38 years old. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Have deep practical knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Knowing well about IATF 16949 is a plus. - Strong leadership and result oriented, fast learning - Ability to work independently and under high pressure - Good communication in English
