Mô tả công việc The Role The Talent Administrator will support the People and Culture team with talent sourcing, recruitment programs and people systems administration data management. This role will also support the rollout and maturation of the Employer Brand. This role will report into the HRBP manager and will work across Group and Business functions, with a focus on activities in Vietnam. Recruitment support - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc - Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, online employment forums, social media (e.g. Linkedin, facebook, instagram, tiktok) etc - Assist in the onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - People systems administration including people data management - Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practises Talent Brand Support - Assist with building social media channels (Career Page, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc) - Support internal and external events - Assist to organise related virtual seminar/workshop/webinar to build EVP/employer branding - Assist to design and promote internal communication channel (regular newsletter, Radio, Spotify, storytelling, shot video, etc) - Together with the People team to promote the company's reputation as “best place to work”. Reporting This role reports to the HRBP Manager, Group Level, and is based in Vietnam. Key Stakeholders Individual, Teams and Group level activities will require this role to liaise with hiring leads in Vietnam, as well as the People and Culture team.
