Well follow through to steer trade MKT activities to ensure quality execution & better results. Trade MKT activities planning on annually/quarterly/monthly basis for related programs to support the development for distribution & retailer systems. Well manage assigned trade MKT budget and ensure ROI results. Make reports for line managers review. Fully comply with BOD directions & strategies to meet set objectives. Cross functional communication, coordination & integration internally to facilitate key projects moving forward. Lead PG team to implement trade activation activities. Collect MKT intelligence for analysis, feedback BOD and make suggestions to take actions if any. Guide, manage agencies to fully execute aligned trade MKT activities. POSM creations & management.
