Mô tả công việc • Act as a storyteller of Banca Homies fanpage, strong ability to write & develop trendy content, appealing activities for growing and engaging with our target audience. • Manage the day-to-day posting schedule of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels including Facebook fanpage, Banca Game website, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and other Prudential’s internal platforms. • Support to execute integrated communication campaigns to promote Banca Prudential branding across touchpoints such as social media, event, website, PR, KOL, etc. • Coordinate with different stakeholders in Partnership Distribution departments as well as Marketing and HR to plan, direct and coordinate all project activities to ensure that objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget. • Work with graphic designers to contribute visual ideas, check how copy ideas can be dramatized visually, write copy from visual ideas. • Manage creative production houses for both online and offline marketing assets to ensure high quality outcomes • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Facebook insights and Google Analytics to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends, growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items.
