Mô tả công việc General Description This position is responsible for current company free-hand business accounts and developing further free-hand businesses to achieve the desired targets / requirements and other assignment from Field Sales Manager. Specific Accountabilities Generate new Business from own Prospects Provide information to Field Sales Manager for Sales Action Planning and forecasting activities. Assure the newly won clients business integration into Operations. Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients Provide customer call reports, opportunities and any other customer, prospect information within Sales System Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Field Sales Manager Develop and maintain customer relationship Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts Deliver agreed targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s. Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the Operations departments about relevant company policies, departmental expectations, and customer expectations Measurement: Actual performance Business win in line with Sales Action Plan (new customer and business expansion) Potential accounts in Development New vs existing customer Usage and accuracy of Sales System and KPI Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Skills Required Good with Microsoft Office Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment Good English Communication for both verbal and written Forwarding Background and Products Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall economic environment) Experience and Qualifications Bachelors in Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
