Mô tả công việc - Develop a holistic Digital Marketing Strategy for Tops Market - Responsible for the digital marketing content of Tops Market on all owned, earned and paid digital channels as well as in-store. This includes websites, mobile app, social media platforms, Youtube, Email Marketing, SMS, partner’s sites, all printed & digital touch points at stores that contribute to digital performance and brand equity. - Develop and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain prospects and customers throughout the different digital channels: search, social media, email, SMS, etc. - Work on digital transformation projects such as omni channels, CRM, etc… - Manage digital agency and coordinate with other marketing, cross-functional and business unit teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns & KPIs - Plan, execute, track, analyze performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually basis and have action plan accordingly and timely - Own Digital Marketing KPIs (reach, conversion, CPA), aligned with business goals and agreed with the key stakeholders - Manage the digital marketing budget including media, agency fee and other management cost Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Knowledges + Hands-on experiences in Digital Marketing and e-commerce, with team management and topline responsibilities + Content driven philosophy combined with data driven, analytical, problem solving and drive for result mindset, with endless ambition for growth - Skills + Excellent written and Communication skills + General proficiency in content management systems and web-based tools such as WordPress, Hubspot, Mailchimp + Good command of online marketing tools (Analytics, CMS, CRM, etc.) + Strong and up-to-date knowledge of SEO practices + Analysis and reporting - Language: English, Vietnamese - Attitude: Dynamic, Resourceful, Positive, Creative, Detail attentive, team player, ability to work under pressure - Experience: 5+ years of Experiences in Digital Marketing is essential, experience in e-commerce is required - Education: University degree in Marketing or Communication - Computers skills: Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
