Mô tả công việc User Retention Continuously optimize inbound marketing channels including email, notifications on app & web, sms and social messengers to engage registered users efficiently on Kien Guru App or to warm up old users, website visitors and turn them into potential customers. Participate in the CRM development project to create in-depth user segmentation and automatic engagement flow. Conduct reports for weekly, monthly and campaign using automated data source on Google Data Studio. Continually pushing & experimenting with new channels & optimization techniques to improve the performance over the time. Others: Coordinating with other parts of the company / partners to ensure transparency, consistency, High quality in deploying image and brand message on channels informed Conducting measurement and reporting of operational status, acceptance reports of each chapter submitted based on approved KPIs. Having creative thinking, aesthetic sense, passion for learning and promoting new things Having the skills to work independently, team, and accept working under high pressure and aggressive KPI Minimum bachelor degree from a recognizable university Dynamic at work, the ability to work independently, teams Good in English, both written & verbally
