Mô tả công việc At TPS Software, we’re running various projects, which provide ICT services to our clients in US, Singapore, Japan, … As an IT Assistant Manager, you will assist in the overall management of Business Analyst (BA) team by combining comprehensive data analytics with business and market intelligence researches to come out with recommendations, business plan and strategic directions for business activities. Your key responsibilities will be: Define and manage BA team to provide suitable and effective programming orientation to satisfy customer’s requirement; Conduct sprint review with customer to demo the completed features; Work closely with the Project Manager and the Design team to plan and breakdown the work into valuable deliverable for the client; Maintain and update document during the requirement collection, analysis, system/ application design; Join scrum team grooming to explain user stories; Create comprehension reports which can help for product analysis; Quyền lợi được hưởng Opportunities for promotions and career development in a dynamic environment You will be considered as full part of our team on the first day.
