Mô tả công việc * Key Organizational Relationships Report to : Country manager Supervise : Aquaculture consultants Exciting opportunity: The aquaculture project manager will lead a project team of Fresh Studio aquaculture consultants in Vietnam and Myanmar. You will be responsible for the technical implementation and management of project activities. Your daily activities will consist of close collaboration with our local team of consultants and partner organizations to realize the ambitions of our clients. These ambitions range from enhancing aquaculture production systems, developing fish hatcheries, applied R&D, to developing training programs and extensions services. * This opportunity will fit well with candidates who: - Are excellent at both management and practical implementation of project activities - Have the ambition to make a difference: innovation and drive are necessary to succeed in this role. - Like to share knowledge and experience with colleagues, to support the development of a team - Are strong in communication and able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (feed companies, nurseries, farmers, fish processors, fish traders, supermarket chains etc.) - Value independence and ownership: you will get goals and projects, not tasks. * Duties & responsibilities - Project management: o Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables; o Lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes; o Ensure timely delivery of all required project reports/presentations and responsible for communication with the client; o Monitor project activities, project expenditures and the project budget; o Lead, coach and inspire project team members; o Ensure close collaboration and coordination with project partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results; o Trouble shoots project problems. Identify and implement solutions; o Review subcontracts and purchase orders. - Technical backstopping: o Provide technical advice related to production, R&D, and other field activities; o Responsible for the quality control on all project deliverables; o Review and develop training materials, survey instruments, and other materials required; o Train the trainers; o Develop high quality market research (aqua tech/input related) and derive recommendations for clients; - Acquisition & business development: o Develop and maintain effective working relations with customers; o Identify needs of clients and develop project proposals to support them; o Support and work closely with the country manager(s) in the development of larger multi-disciplinary projects; o Forecast and track the pipeline of aquaculture related leads and proposals. Quyền lợi được hưởng 13th month salary & 17 days of annual leave Young & Authentic working environment Premium Health Care including Compulsory Insurance Yêu cầu kỹ năng - 5 years of experience in aquaculture, with a proven track record for project management; - Good understanding of Asian aquaculture production systems and the market; - Strong project management skills – organized, attention to detail, ability to challenge and convince stakeholders with different views; - Excellent in both verbal and written English communication; - Strong analytical skills, resulting in clear recommendations for our clients; - M.Sc. in aquaculture or agriculture; - Intellectually curious, hands-on, results-driven with a proactive attitude; - Good social skills; - Excellent presentation skills; - Service orientated; - Responsible, proactive and a positive thinker; - Eager to travel and discover.
