Mô tả công việc Responsibilities: C&B Executive works under the supervision of HR Manager to perform all C&B operational and transactional tasks and to take responsibility for the administration of C&B standard operation processes that are in line with the company’s policies and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and laws. • Process monthly payroll, including the payroll payment for ex-pats • Plan and implement the Performance & Ranking Review Programs • Be in charge of Health Insurance & Social Insurance tasks • Be in charge of contract management & HR reports • Manage employee dossiers and maintain master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee and making labor reports as required • Cooperate in framing & developing HR-related policies and Company’s regulations • Conduct counseling for employee relations, communications, and welfare • Prepare periodical & project-related reports to Manager & Board of Directors • In charge of PIT Registration, Tax Finalization • In charge of Admin Role of the internal customized system (Smart Backbone System – SBS ); cooperate with SBS Team to build up & maintain the system • Keep updating all relevant changes on the labor code of Vietnam, compensation, and benefit policy from the relevant authority • Implement other employee engagement activities & people retention initiatives according to the HR strategy • Other duties and projects as directed.
