Mô tả công việc A. Recruitment: Handle recruitment assignments including screening applications, scheduling interview session, interviewing candidates and screening candidates b. Compensation and Benefits: - Manage all employee benefits programs. - Responsible for attendance record for all staff. - Follow up on any issues related to employment and labor issues and resolve problems. c. Employee Engagement: Organize teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance teamwork spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve target. d. Other HR & Admin activities: - Develop administration policy and procedures. - Ensure office remains in tidy and orderly manner. - Monitor and update the Company’s organization chart. - Liaise with governmental authorities to solve all matters related to the office. - Support other department activities as required. - Implement and execute the company rules & regulations to all employees. - Control of Office equipment, Office supplies and stationery. - Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager.
