Mô tả công việc Conduct sourcing activities and implement recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, calling, interviewing, etc) in order to fill open positions. Assist in planning and implementing company’s talent acquisition strategy. Hold company events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events, with a goal of spreading company’s good image as well as networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals. Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Provide essential report to Manager and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
