What you will do Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc. Organize assessments and interviews. Prepare recruitment report. Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities. Analyze recruitment requests and propose appropriate recruitment plans. Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose. Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..).
