Mô tả công việc I. JOB BRIEF: The Learning & Development Manager will create and implement programs to help employees achieve their career development and performance goals. The success of this team is integral to the success of the company and performance will be measured by employee satisfaction, competency coverage, and ultimately the ability of the company to achieve its performance targets. II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: - Measure and report the effectiveness of learning and development. - Improve the systems and platforms to deliver more effective methods of learning and development, such as the self-learning portal. - Develop cross-career development programs to encourage growth. - Ensure employees understand and have clear career and competencies development plans. - Develop and evolve an effective competency-based learning and development program for both corporate and brand teams. - Develop and evolve the team’s strategy and plan. - Develop succession planning framework.
