Mô tả công việc Develop & execute training plan for Drivers with high effectiveness and efficiency Lead a team to deliver Drivers training for whole country Proactively improve training quality, enhance Drivers training experience Use data to understand Drivers’ training & information needs Be creative in training & communications approaches Continuously stay updated & fulfill information needs of different Drivers segments Constantly benchmarking & exploring best practices for training & communications to improve ongoing approaches Actively seek for improvement of Drivers’ performance & operations through training & communications, reduce Drivers’ contacts & Drivers violations related to operations procedure and policy Ensure smooth reporting & dashboard as required Quyền lợi được hưởng Attractive salary package with the annual performance review.
