Mô tả công việc Job Duties (5 months from on-board) Supervise SA SUP, Sales Rep, Team leaders team to deliver sales target and compliance. Take part in coaching / Managing Sales advisor Supervisors (SA SUP), Sales Reps, Team leaders . Build good relationship with store management team to get full support for store team. Project Management (80%) Key contact to handle / settle the matters relating to Rose and SA team with client. Guide, manage internal team: recruitment + C&B + training team + data controller to provide the best service to client. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Take in charge of and be responsible for project to ensure the project KPI and client’s requirement in terms of sales, staff compliance, turnover-rate, recruitment, training. Analyse, report & propose action plan to clients relating project scope to improve the business performance. Relationship development in Retail & Others (20%) Regular report to clients and management board. Support other Account Managers in approaching stores through the relationship built with customers Build and maintain the relationship with customers - director, or CV of MT channel to facilitate introducing store team to stores. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Liase with other relevant internal departments (Account, Insurance…) to implement the payment. Build good relationship with store management team to get full support for store team. Do the P&L analysis, control the given budget. Report to BOD and KAD. Explore, propose plan, deal with procurement and client team to expand the scope with the in-charge client. Lead the ad-hoc projects assigned by BOD. Responsible for all aspects of project management, taking briefs, estimating cost, and timing, managing budgets, scheduling internal resources, manage internal man power for project management. Manage and monitor team to run project and meet the KPI setting, improve and grow project. Good training and coaching skills. Good analytic skill. Good negotiation and presentation skills English communication for both verbal & written. Sociable and good communication skill Education: BA qualification. Excellent at Excel and data analysis.
