Mô tả công việc Job Details Position: Sales Trainer Job Code: 61204 Responsibility - Organize and prepare all necessary logistics for all sales training programs (prepare invitation; set up training room/ equipment; prepare instructional materials/ handouts; tea break, prepare training reports...) - Deliver basic product training and assigned sales skills training sessions/ program for direct sales - Implement qualification testing and evaluation for sales training programs - Manage and update all sales training database and sales training record - Manage and arrange training facilities and equipment. - Assist Sales Training Manager in developing sales training curriculum (translate documents; track new training method and techniques; design educational aids, update curriculum as needed, edit training video clip...) - Manage and promote e-learning which related to sales training. - Other job assignment by Sales Training Manager. - Working location: Dist.1, HCMC - Monthly Salary: 650～790(USD) Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements - Educational background : Bachelor degree in Education, Electrical engineering and Electronics, Marketing, Economics or Commerce - Age: 26-29 - Gender: Any.
