Mô tả công việc Talent Acquisition Management (40%) Build and improve recruitment channels & resources, candidate database, candidate Black list database, ETC Perform full circle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering...) for OPS team Systemize and maintain a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants; Evaluate channel effectiveness, minimize the budget for job posting or searching package; Make weekly, monthly, yearly records and reports; Employer Branding (40%) Build/Manage channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: Recruitment Websites, Facebook Career Pages, LinkedIn Career, External Job Sites, ETC. Identify and recommend tools and programs for building employer brand in the external market, including social media and digital channels. Plan, execute and optimize employer branding activities based on company’s strategies, initiatives and campaigns on both online and offline channels Plan and manage the budget for employer branding activities Make reports to measure and optimize all EB activities Take part in HR Projects as required (20%) Quyền lợi được hưởng - BHXH, bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24 - Team building, YEP, đào tạo. - Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, sáng tạo - Thử việc 100% lương - Phụ cấp ăn uống, điện thoại, xăng xe,.... - Có cơ hội thăng tiến lên cấp quản lý. Yêu cầu kỹ năng University graduation with major in Human Resources, Economics or relevant fields At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Agency or in-house recruiting. Having the experiences of Recruitment/Employer branding in Retail or FMCG is preferable  Have good understandings of offline & online Recruitment channels Ability to manage multiple stakeholders A self-starter and strong individual contributor while being able to function effectively in a team environment.
