Mô tả công việc Producing accurate Designs, Concept Plans, Prototypes & Working Drawings to meet the clients’ requirements. Handle offshore projects. Working with Australian clients only. Manage a team with 2 - 3 members. 2D & 3D Modelling, Concept Designs, Assembly and Detailed Drawings, producing project bill of quantities, and preliminary project estimates (BOQ, BOM). Make communications to team leader to ensure a clear understanding of design requirements and construction timeframes. Taking ideas and concepts from clients, and coordinate with the drafting team under the team leader’s overseeing to deliver a successful design. Actively contributing as part of a team that supports manufacturing, production, construction, and installation processes. Demonstrated experience working on Construction projects, preferably with Building Facades. Ideally, experienced in high-rise buildings. Thorough knowledge of relevant Building Codes, methodology, standards, regulations, ratings and terminology. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Mechanical. Manage a team with 2 - 3 members. Have an understanding of Australian construction standards is preferable. Strong experience working with Revit, AutoCAD 2D & 3D software. Good verbal, written communication and time management skills. Good at 4 skills in English.
