Mô tả công việc Oversee creation, supervision, and inspection of digital media including web advertisements, email marketing, videos, podcasts, and other media as per assigned targets. Create concepts and designs for new digital projects. Responsible to create all types of company multimedia communication, company announcements, CTA videos, recruiting videos, customer testimonial etc. Direct and manage the crew, and plan working schedule to ensure that the final product is consistent with the company vision, strategy, and requirements. Collaborate with marketing specialists, line managers and work on the production content. Plan onsite shooting schedules for different business units. Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities. Coordinate with team and line managers to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld. Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Other tasks assigned by Marketing Director/BOD. Deep Passion for news/politics and social media is a MUST. Minimum 3 Years of work experience producing digital content. Minimum one year experience managing high-profile brand social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Adherence to the highest standards of journalism. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. Demonstrated experience working with anchors and correspondents on their social presence.
