Mô tả công việc - Coordinate all aspects of a project throughout the software development process - Trace project status, achievements, timings, risks, open issues, etc. - Communicate project status and issues with the management team. - Share the client’s feedback with the departments and propose continuous improvement areas of the involved parties (if needed). - Lead and evaluate projects and personnel, including the creation and management of project deadlines, budgets, and activities - Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives - Build and maintain a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders. - Mentor and provide guidance to project members - For this position, you will report to CTO. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company. - Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in project manager or team leader role - Strong experience in project planning, tracking, requirement management, risk management, and communications management - Possess a good technical background - Good English (written and communication) - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, team members, and other departments.
