Mô tả công việc PGI is looking for a professional Legal Officer to monitor the company’s legal affairs and ensuring that they remain in compliance with all laws and regulations concerning to company’s business activities. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Manage contract lifecycle (i.e. contract request, drafting and review, approvals, execution, storage, retrieval and renewal or termination) • Cooperate with the sales department in contract negotiation with clients/ partners • Draft, review and evaluate documents issued by the BOD • Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions regarding the company’s activities to the BOD • Update and disseminate documents, policies and regimes of the State related to business activities of Company • Handle and support the application for necessary licenses, permits, approvals (especially in corporate licenses, promotion, advertisement licenses,…) • Draft, review the Company's internal management documents to ensure compliance with law, Company’s documentary format and issuance procedure • Support the HR department with legal employment matters • Other duties as requirements of the BOD Quyền lợi được hưởng At PGI you will find yourself in an exciting career with • Attractive and competitive salary and bonuses (holiday bonuses, year-end  bonus,…) • Open and honest culture where people are valued, treated fairly, trusted and  empowered • Opportunities work with clients and partners overseas • Annual health check-up • Annual team-building trip, company trip Working hour: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30 Working address: PGI Office, 157 Nguyen Van Troi Str., Ward 11, Phu Nhuan  Dist., HCMC, Vietnam Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor’s degree in Law/Commercial Law with minimum 02 years of legal  experience working on law services at a full-time position Experience in relevant industries will be considered as a preference  Familiar with International Trade Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, IP  Law Good command of English, profiency in MS office Ability to analyse problems and come up with practical, workable solutions Working under pressure and ability to manage multiple deadlines Trustworthy, careful, ethical and a quick learner Be able to work independently
