Experience in financial industry will be considered as an advantage  Proven success in business law, strong business mind set and orientation towards the goal  Good generalist knowledge of all the key areas of law  Good knowledge in general corporate and commercial laws, previous specialisation in financial services is a strong benefit  Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally and geographically-dispersed organization  Ability to resolve complex legal issues, to communicate complex legal issues to non-lawyers, to consult and provide professional advice  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Very good legal writing, drafting skills and solid oral presentation skills  Strong team player, flexible, international, open minded person  Stress resistant, resilient, able to work in a high paced environment, set priorities and open to flexible working hours
