Mô tả công việc Provide effective risk management techniques and offer accurate and valuable advices/ solutions on legal matters or disputes. Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance. Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law (advertising, commercial, competition, corporate, IT, IP, data privacy, employment and property, …) Supporting the business on post-contract related matter arising from the collaboration, partnership, dealership, customer (individual / enterprise) and / or procurement agreements including but not limited to extension of the contract duration, change of scope of works, dispute with the vendor, supplier, dealer demand against vendor / supplier on late delivery or non-performance Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential legal issues and propose strategies, legal advices to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company. Supporting new business initiatives from a legal perspective including licensing requirements (related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, …) Develop legal awareness, deliver training, provide legal advice, guidance, assistance in customer claims and maintaining legal standard and compliance with applicable laws. Build up commercial legal framework, standardize, develop, review, negotiate and manage all commercial and procurement contract, legal documents/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest; Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager. Good command of written English is a must. Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law. Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business / tech field. Bachelor 's Degree in Law of Business/Economic/Commercial (in Good rating or above) Meticulous and pay attention to details. Careful thought, Open-mind and service mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management. Ability to rapidly digest and distill complex issues and formulate strategy/responses. Flexible and hard-working, with a can-do attitude, practical and solution driven; ability to implement and execute identified opportunities. At least 5 years of working experience as Legal Team Leader (in Edtech, Education, law firm experience is preferable) Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision. Confident, persuasive individual capable of managing and resolving difficult situations. Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices in a business environment. Ability to establish, exploit and influence effective networks at all levels. Advice must be practical while ensuring the company’s interests are protected and compliance with law observed. Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive under high pressure. Mature and positive attitude, hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
