Mô tả công việc Drafting, reviewing, translating legal documents. Reading, researching and reviewing correspondence, reports and legal documents. Provide advice on the legal risk assumed by the holding in connection with proposed decisions or actions, and advice on the development of new programs and initiatives. Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to relevant laws. Updating new legal regulations. Assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts. Handling of disputes and/or litigations when necessary. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Knowledge and experience in principles and practices of civil, constitutional, contract, property, employment, environmental, municipal, commercial and administrative law Bachelor of Law - LLB Advanced in oral and written communication skill Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in legal position company Good drafting and advising skills Strong analytical skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues Good in both English and Vietnamese with communication skill for interaction with the government, the judicial system and negotiating parties Good time and task management skills
