Mô tả công việc Objectives : Manage/ review on composing, consulting documents, selling processes related to policies of credit management for customers to ensure that VPB FC has adequate internal regulations, processes and guidelines related to underwriting, credit risk management in consumer lending activities Communication: Communicate with different units to get business understanding to ensure credit policies are built, updated properly Key responsibilities Develop, monitor, adjust credit risk management policies, application processing, credit underwriting process for products belonging to a specific segment in order to comply with business strategies, credit activities, the nature and risk appetite for each products and socio-economic situation​ Monitor indicators and ratios specifying the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and bad debts of a product line regularly to propose proper adjustments for credit assessment process, risk management process and product criteria to improve business efficiency, portfolio performance and minimize process friction​ Develop, monitor, adjust underwriting manuals to support underwriter for complying with Decision Engine system’s requirements and collect, verify necessary customer information Develop, monitor, adjust calculation logic of offered loan amount or credit card limit based on customer’s repayment capacity and VPB FC’s risk appetite Initiate the change requests for credit policy rules and calculation logic in Decision Engine system and for processes in LOS system, to enhance credit quality and mitigate credit risk for specific segments Consult and review on risk mitigation perspective for products/ product programs or any documentation related to a specific segment Implement coaching team members, manage tasks volume and team productivity Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education: University graduate, major in Banking, Finance or relating areas Experience At least 05 years’ experience working in credit policy/ credit underwriting/ credit quality control ​Understanding of credit risk policy and process Skills Business process writing skills with Microsoft Office/ Visio proficiency Ability to make decision on his/ her own within scope of the team Critical thinking and analytical thinking Group facilitation and relationship building skills Good problem-solving skills Accuracy, pay attention to details Ability to work under pressure Patient and quickly adapt to changes Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
