Mô tả công việc Project Risk: coordinate for any business compliance project(s); provide the key term opinions on the risk management project(s) Contract Risk: provide legal opinion to reduce risk associated with general contract documents Law Check: provide general legal opinion Legal Database: develop in-house law database for users friendly. Compliance officer can coordinate with law firm for such law database and update; keep the relationship with the law firms for recommending the right person to subsidiaries. Law Update: update important new laws and regulations by regularly Working System: build the working system for/related to Legal Overseas, Law Update, Knowledge Management, Compliance Request, Law Filing, Legal Seminar May be assigned to work, one or more, as functional matrix with related department: HR Department, Intellectual Property (IP) Department, Investment coordinating Office Standard Contract: develop agreed form of contract(s) for subsidiaries Development: visit SCG Legal, Seminar Outside, etc. Quyền lợi được hưởng • Company trip once a year + Joining party • Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year • Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year • Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits • Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. • Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng EDUCATION BACKGROUND; Bachelor Degree or higher in law or business law or any related field from leading university in Vietnam or abroad. WORKING EXPERIENCE; Have at least 2 years experiences in related position. Have experienceis in an international matrix organization/s is preferred. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS; Able to build network relationship. Good in English and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese). Willing to travel for the job (domestic & oversea).
