Mô tả công việc RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Global Legal team for day-to-day works for foreign markets such as USA, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, etc. * Management of documentation review in accordance with current legal practices, systems and processes; * Participating actively in problem-solving and decision-making in all areas of the business; * Performance of detailed validation of data elements on legal documentation; * Participating in compliance issues for the Company; * Adherence to complex process requirements and directions; * Review, interpretation and authentication of a variety of legal documents; * Other tasks as required.
