Mô tả công việc OVERALL POSITION SUMMARY: The role will include matching and processing invoices, making payment, weekly reconciliations and preparing monthly account payable register and related reports for assigned jobs. Report directly to AP Team leader and GL Team leader. Responsibles: Checking/Booking: - Receive and check if invoice and PO matching, tax and approval of payment-related vouchers are correct, regular and sufficient following Vietnam law and Company procedures - Book transaction to AP function on Oracle. Regularly check AP function to ensure the accuracy data.
