Mô tả công việc Financial planning & analysis P&L Review: Review process that includes explaining variances to plan, providing insight on current and expected trends, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities Financial Planning: Partner with business leaders across the organization to produce semi-annual, annual, and multi-year financial forecasts that provide a roadmap for the company to achieve its strategic objectives Financial Analysis: Conduct complex financial cost/benefit analyses to support growth and other strategic initiatives; Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement - including pricing/packaging of our offering Other: Other ad-hoc support and studies as needed Accounting Create, maintain, and update all accounting procedures and processes for established accounting data & accounting reports A proficient problem-solver with matters around taxation; auditing and due diligence Establish the accounting structure and sufficiently organize accounting functions in accordance with legal requirements Review, validate, and analyse monthly/quarterly/annual reports to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, making adjustments as needed Apply and enhance accounting procedures and processes to support all departments within Company Be in charge of all reports on bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities Provide training and assistance to partners. Experience in Global SaaS products is preferred Smart, dedicated, compassionate, and generally fantastic personality
