Mô tả công việc 1. Strategic project management and reporting: Harmonize the process and lessons learnt from other group entities Monitor the KPI and prepare the reports; Tracking and monitoring of Planning tool Co-ordinate CKD synergy projects Define, co-ordinate, track and report areas of improvement and efficiencies 2.Sourcing and Execution: Develop the sourcing strategy and drive the negotiation process with suppliers or related parties Initiate and develop sourcing strategies for high spend, critical commodities Lead negotiations on all commercial terms and conditions during or after the tender process Take a leading role in all responsible sourcing projects to meet internal customers’ requirements and to achieve the optimal benefits for the company Supplier selection and performance management through cost and value analysis, identification of cost saving potentials by volume bundling. 3.Supplier Management: Design, promote, and implement of supplier management strategies, directions and plans Conduct assessment of supplier performance against agreed KPI Manage and drive initiatives to promote supplier innovation and process improvements Identify and develop new suppliers and implement supplier management strategies 4. Contract Management: Setup and manage legal/ contractual agreements to determine completeness and accuracy of contents, terms and conditions, delivery schedule of services and products Periodically review and ensure validity of all Purchase Contracts 5. Sourcing Compliance: Ensure all sourcing arrangements are fully compliant to the existing policy, process instruction and the relevant guidelines Ensure that all compliant requirements are met in areas of Supplier Due Diligence, Financial Risk Management, Supplier selection etc., Maintenance and implementation of internal control of IMS. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor of Engineering in manufacturing and automotive fields or related discipline or MBA preferable At least 5 years working experience in automotive business of a sizable multinational company Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skill in English and Vietnamese is an additional advantage. Ability to initiate and co-ordinate with other group companies abroad Ability to build collaborations with business partners both internally and externally Sound understanding of market conditions, dynamics and economic environment Proactive, energetic, open-minded, accountable, organized, detail oriented, multitasking, mature, self-motivated and a good team player Computer Literacy e.g. MS office and other applications. Having knowledge of SAP or order management system is a plus. Willing to travel
