Job information: Work location: WMC Tower, 102ABC Cong Quynh, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, D1, HCMC Job type: Permanent, full-time What you will do: We seek an active and high energy team leader to manage our Nurse and Medical Advisor teams (currently 10 staff) and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, training, developing, and engaging team members. The areas of responsibilities include: Manage medical supply storage (medicine & skincare products), ensure proper inventory, work with suppliers and place orders Support Doctor in taking care of clients during and after examinations, check-ups, and treatments Manage day-to-day activities of the Nurse and Medical Advisor teams Delegate tasks to team members Provide prompt support to clients when needed Manage medical equipment Conduct training of existing members to maximize their potential Perform probationary and performance reviews Build and improve process, work quality Build training material and train new staff Contribute to the growth of the success and growth of the company through implementation of “We Care” values.
