Mô tả công việc Source, recommend and appoint various consultants especially design consultants e.g., master planner, concept architect, landscape architect, interior designer, green consultant, façade consultant, lighting consultant and other design consultants. Assist the Manager to come up with the Project Brief for consultants’ design works. Assist the Manager in liaison with consultants and BD for submission and obtain timely approvals from relevant authorities. Assist the Manager in site study with design options for feasibility studies. This shall include conduct investigations on site, planning parameters/ authority requirements and cost estimates. Establish detailed schedule from initial stage to sales launch stage which shall include design, internal approvals, submission and approvals by relevant authorities, tender documentation, tender and award as well as indicative construction schedules for key components e.g., earthwork, piling, sales gallery and shown units as well as main contract construction. Work with Cost and Contract team as well as the QS for cost estimates in various stages of design and establish of the Project Budget. Assist the Manager in conducting Design Review, Value Engineering and Postmortem. Assist the Manager in preparation and organize presentation and obtain management approval for various stages of design development e.g., master plan, schematic design, and pre-tender stage. Attend and assist in design and coordination meetings with consultants and internal parties. Standardize good practices in design and detailing for tender drawing and document of future projects. Assist the Manager to check and ensure the design consultant including sustainability feature input in their design work. For instant to achieve green mark gold for Residential Project or Gold Plus for Commercial Project. Assist the Manager in working closely with consultants and internal parties especially Marketing on project specifications which shall be standardized for future projects Assist the Manager in conducting design audits at various stages to ensure that works on site are carried out based on original design. This shall include making adjustments to non-practical design to prevent recurring mistakes. Assist the Manager to check and ensure the design consultant incorporating design for safety into all the design work. Work with consultants and internal parties in sourcing, recommend and select materials, construction method for the project. This shall include creation of material library for future projects Assist the Manager in providing training to project staff on good practices and standards to be adopted in future projects. Provide regular and ad hoc internal reports for submission to management.
