Mô tả công việc Primary Role of Position Software Quality Control (QC) Engineers are involved in software development activities. They work with the development team to evaluate the product quality. They help the development team to find defects/bugs in the software and give useful information about the root causes of such defects. This will help the developers to shorten their debug time for the defects/bugs. QC Engineers also suggest ideas/opinions to the development team to improve the software product and process. QC Engineers participate in requirement review, design review, and change control throughout the project’s life cycle. QC Engineers will report their working status to the QC Lead. In some projects, they can be nominated as QC Leads.  Responsibilities  Help the QC Lead to identify tasks, estimate task effort, duration and cost.  Study project requirements; identify vague and incomplete requirements and send them to project manager and other team members to clarify, correct and update.  Participate in project review sessions such as requirement review, design review, test plan and test case review.  Study SRS, acceptance criteria, design document to design tests.  Identify project risks and product risks; Assess risk quantitatively and qualitatively.  Design, review, and update manual test cases and automation test cases.  Prepare and setup test environments, bug tracking system.  Execute tests based on test cases/test scripts and report test results.  Log, report, and track defects.  Evaluate test execution results and report them to the QC Lead.  Participate in the software development process such as change control, causal analysis and resolution.  Self-improve domain knowledge: EDI, CRM, Supply chain management, Inventory, Human resource management, Accountancy, Logistics…etc  Report to QC Lead/QC Manager.  As a role of QC Lead, QC Engineers have more responsibilities as the QC Lead has.  Authorities  Participate in the software development activities and give ideas, solutions to improve software products and processes.  Able to escalate problems, issues to QC Manager or higher management.  As a role of QC Lead, QC Engineers have more authorities as the QC Quyền lợi được hưởng There are 14 days of leave in a year Full benefits according to the Labor Law, especially paid social insurance with full salary Working from T2-T6 Participate in teambuilding activities 2 times / 1 year There are also other regimes: annual health check, healthy care card for you and your family Comfortable working environment, always full of support. Accept Fresher Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements  At least 1 year experience in software testing.  Have knowledge in testing methodologies, testing process, quality models and standards.  Have general knowledge in Database, Networking, Operating system, and Software engineering.  Have programming skills and able to write VBScript, JavaScript and C#.  Have knowledge about automation testing and able to use TestComplete Tool.  Be good at English speaking, writing and listening skills.  Possess analytical and report writing skills, communication skills; problem solving skills.  Have good working attitudes and strong teamwork spirit.  Able to work independently.  Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and good time management skills.  Aptitude to learn quickly and have inquiring mind.  Have the high sense of responsibility.  Education/Training Preferred BS. Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. Bachelor's Degree in non - Computer Sciences/IT can be considered if earning good knowledge/hands-on experience in software development/software testing;
