Mô tả công việc - Understand recruitment request requirements and job description. - Source, screen and evaluate candidates matching the recruitment requirements. - Actively co-operate with manager to clear resource plan and make recruitment plan. - Join in the recruitment team of FPT Software, the largest software company in Viet Nam (over 15.000 IT Staffs) - Build up, maintain, expand candidate database. - Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need. - Follow up with candidates for set up interview, benefit deal... - Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly. - Active in recruitment activities/ events and branding the company name. - Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
