Mô tả công việc 1. Performs data analysis on purchasing items, tracks and forecasts inventory levels. Comparing past and future trends based on key metrics (quality, cost, delivery and service). Performance monitoring, driving cost saving projects. Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting on Category Spend, project status and performance against established KPIs. 2. Source, evaluate and select approved suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors for materials and negotiate terms for purchases with set frame from company. - Commit to purchase (within established limits of authority). 3. Manage supplier relationship - Conduct yearly supplier evaluation program. - Keep on-going relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. 4. Ensure all purchase document is prepared properly and correctly. - Create PO. - Prepare contract, proforma invoice for import goods. 5. Assure to comply all Purchasing policies, both global and local - Implement local Purchasing procedures in conjunction with business functions. - Comply with Global anti-corruption and bribery policies. - Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. - Maintain document/ISO system related to purchasing activities periodically. Male/Female. - Bachelor Degree in Foreign Economic, Export – Import, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration … Candidate graduated from National Economics University is preferred.  - A positive attitude with a desire to develop a career in Purchasing/Buying with strong analytical and numerical skills. - Careful, responsible individual, good interpersonal skill, able to complete the assigned tasks with minimize supervision and enjoying working in a team. - Be a strict negotiator, manage contracts from starting to finishing & ability to work at a fast pace, prioritise work and organise themselves well in a varied role to ensure deadlines are met.
