Mô tả công việc Track user/driver fraud and reduce the risk of fraud Propose adjustment on treatment in compliance with company policies, processes Execute driver retention schemes and campaigns to improve loyalty and commitment to platform. Create ad-hoc projects to maintain the quality of drivers: develop SOP and appropriate treatment Handle driver performance related matters on daily basis: late delivery/pick up, order process, mistakes, goods damage, app issues,... Push notifications on driver app for news/ announcements Work with data - Tableau: develop weekly reports and propose solutions to improve the quality of drivers Work closely with CS team and solve tickets on complains, frauds, compensations Quyền lợi được hưởng International team with a diverse background : Collaborate with some of the world's best talent.
