Mô tả công việc MISSION To reinforce & develop last mile delivery operation at stores across the country to offer the best service to customers with the optimized cost. ACTIVITIES *Logistics Manage last mile delivery operation at Stores across the country to ensure SOP’s compliance Onsite Audit and support Store to improve daily operation at stores. Monitor and manage operation performance for follow-up and improvement to achieve KPIs set. Participate company projects Coordinate and work with other internal departments like customer service, operation, training for service ‘s improvement. Be a key contact to coordinate and solve daily issues at stores Other tasks assigned by Line Manager *Suppliers Be responsible to manage 3PL performance Deal & work with Suppliers for smooth operations at stores Search for new logistics Suppliers to meet business demand of the company Review, evaluate and manage Suppliers Performance *Reporting In charge for daily, weekly and monthly reporting about online business performance Quyền lợi được hưởng Healthcare insurance for self and family Allowace & Performance bonuses 15 days leave Yêu cầu kỹ năng COMPETENCIES *Knowledges 2 mains categories: Theorical knowledges/understanding: good knowledge in logistic, economic, accounting Pratical knowledge at work: good knowledge in economic environment and retail field is an advance. Have experience in Logistics is an advantage *Skills +Technical skills: Cognitive skills: good analysis and sunthetic skill Operational skills: can work well with computer, Microsoft Offices Social & relationship skills: can work in team, good communication skill Logical/Methodological skills +Behavior skills: “ Can – do” and “ Continous Improvement” Mindset , Dynamic, hardworking, responsible REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE *Education: Bachelor *Experience: 3 years. Preferable experience in Audit. *Attitude: good *Language: good English (French is a plus) *Computers skills : Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), SAP & BI is a plus.
