Mô tả công việc Analyse market trends, assist in provide pricing strategies for BOD. Develop agent network and oversea branch of OPL Logistics Record and analyze monthly report on volume, price and operation effectiveness. Directly manage Pricing Department to achieve the department’s KPI on freight target, timeline and service quality. Be responsible for the training and development of pricing staff Build strong relationship with current & potential agent/forwarder/shipping lines, especially develop strategic relationships with the "core" carriers Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product of the department Monitor payments, Credit/Debit with carriers/agents/vendors Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees. Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
