Mô tả công việc Performance Management - Keep track of project’s all operation KPIs: daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly - Facilitate execution team to achieve KPIs Quality Assurance - Ensure SOP to all hubs. - Design and implement solutions to resolve operational inefficiencies Operation Communication: - Setup communications plan - KPI review schedule & agenda, key reports for operations team - Support training plan for Hub staffs, supervisors, manager; - Campaign performance- Checking campaign performance and get deep dive to improve performance. - Co-ordinate in-house Operation team and external key partners/ customer. Key contact point for report to key customer.
