Proactively and cost effectively manage processes, handling/distribution operations, large projects and programs in line with Network and Regional Standards, throughout the country, and to continuously challenge the existing shipment movement operations and processes with a view to improve operating and service performance and promote cost effectiveness and increased profitability. Identify, develop and maintain work to understand strategic business challenges with internal customers and business partners. Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged. Experience in Vendor availability & negotiations Degree in either Mechanical/Industrial/Transportation/Production/ Manufacturing/Civil Engineering with exposure to electrical/electronics equipment Communication skills (English), spoken and written Software skills (Visio, AutoCAD) Strong analytical skills. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Prior experience in contract negotiations and staff management. Good interpersonal, motivational and team leadership skills. Logical, well organized with ability to judge priorities correctly. Positive, contributory and “can-do” attitude Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
