Mô tả công việc The resort is located in Mui Ne beach, Phan Thiet city, Viet Nam with 15 rooms and bungalows, spa, F&B service, etc. The Resort was born from the meeting of an opportunity and a passion. Job Description - Establish and manage evaluation, performance, goals, succession planning for direct reports and ensure effective performance management is conducted by managers/supervisors of their staff members; - Oversee the supervision of assigned personnel, including hiring, work allocation, training, motivating employees to achieve peak productivity; manage performance; and recommendations for career development, promotion, discipline, and separation; - Maximizing room yield and resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs; - Responsible for managing the resort and overall resort targets to deliver an excellent guest experience; - Developing and implementing growth strategies; - Handle guest complaints, analyzing and promptly responding to guest feedback.
