Mô tả công việc POSITION PURPOSE Increasing customer satisfaction by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Being the front line of building positive customer experience by taking care of every touchpoint a customer has with the company. Our customers come from the US/UK. RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve escalated issues on payment gateway system Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Document knowledge in the form of solution articles Take ownership of customer issues and Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution via email, chat, text, phone call Make reports, complete other department-related tasks assigned by supervisor, manager Quyền lợi được hưởng COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Probation time: 02 months with 85% of Gross salary. Allowance: 500.000 VND/month; motorbike parking fee: 150.000 VND/month.
