Mô tả công việc 1. Team building & people management a. Recruit & give training to establish a good team to properly execute all required aspects of warehouse b. In charge of performance review of team members, orientation, bonding and give feedback to Operations head 2. Inventory control: a. Coordinate with inventory officers/stockmen across location to perform planned inventory count b. Set up/ utilizing tools & systems to clearly manage the inventory across locations c. Give training of mentioned tools & system to team members to properly update inventory 3. Planning & strategy: a. Coordinate with other departments to perform inventory forecasting b. Create a plan for inventory supply & transportation schedule to required kitchens according to forecast c. Work with Purchasing department closely to ensure the feasibility of mentioned plan 4. Other task given by manager, general administration & report a. Establish a report system within function & report to upper-level management regularly b. Knowledge and Experience • At least 4 – 5 years of experience in warehouse/ supply chain • At least 1 year of experience in management role • Candidates with experience in F&B, food production environment is preferred • Knowledge about inventory control, supply chain is a must • Proficient in Office 365 or Google Suite applications • English: Writing & Verbal 2. Education and Certifications • Preferred to have degree in Industrial Management, Supply chain 3.
