Mô tả công việc The GREENFEED Farm business is experiencing tremendous growth and we are looking for a Brand/ Senior Brand Manager who will work to identify and drive the brand proposition of the farm industries and its unique and leading breedings brands to the market, as well as the sustainability proposition that GREENFEED farm technology is bringing about. Become the owner of the brand's equity and responsible for maintaining and building its strength in customers’ minds through advertising, media, and other marketing vehicles and powerful and creative communications, your work will expose you to many opportunities to learn and grow via interaction with cross functional teams, leaders both from within and outside of the company and experts from top external agencies. • Analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive, and research analysis. • Strong knowledge of brand fundamental, brand-building principles, and communications principles and practice • Strong leadership, logical and analytical thinking to drive vision and strategy behind the brands via developing marketing plans and driving innovations • Experiences in developing, planning, and executing ATL & BTL marketing campaign • Drive innovations and lead the creation of creative ideas and works • Experiences in building teams and developing people Work Details: • Responsible for planning and executing marketing plans to achieve the targets • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Farm operation, CSR, Sustainability, R&D,…) and agencies to roll out communications plans within the timeline, budget, and quality • Work closely with internal team to identify, prioritize and activate brands by channels/regions and responsible for brand operations at the point of sales • Lead communications campaigns to drive brand propositions among target audience across Vietnam and neighboring markets Quyền lợi được hưởng • Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year • Company trip once a year + Joining party • Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year • Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. • Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits • Dynamic and sociable working environment.
